Rent payments and maintenance requests can be submitted easily through our online resident portal. Check and money order can also be dropped off in our leasing office.
The portal allows for quick, secure payments and hassle-free maintenance scheduling.
Early lease termination is not allowed unless you sell or transfer your lease to another qualified renter who meets application approval. There is a fee associated with this. You must find your own replacement.
Until a new leaseholder takes over, you remain financially responsible for rent payments.
To be approved for a lease at Gateway on Grand, applicants must meet one of the following three criteria:

Yes! All units come fully furnished so you can move in hassle-free. We can easily move the furniture out if you would like to bring your own. Just let us know ahead of move in time.
Yes! We welcome pets and even have a dog park onsite. Some breed restrictions and pet fees will apply.
Yes! Unlike many student housing communities, we offer free onsite parking for all residents.
Utilities are billed as a flat-rate monthly fee, separate from rent, covering electricity, water, and trash services.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge.
