LEASE TERMS

An apartment lease agreement is a legally binding contract between a landlord and tenant that outlines the terms and conditions of renting an apartment. It includes information such as the length of the lease, rent amount, security deposit, and rules and regulations for living in the apartment. No matter where you live, always make sure you understand the terms of your lease before signing!

Application Process

Time: Creating an account and filling out our short application form typically only takes 5 minutes!

Application Fee: $150 per applicant

Lease Terms

Length: Single, dual, tri-semester and full-year contracts

Security Deposit: $150

Guarantor or Co-Signer: A co-signer is only required if you do not have a qualifying credit score.

FAQs

How do I pay rent?

Please log in to your resident portal and click on the payments icon in the top navigation bar. You have the option to pay rent in 1, 3 or 12 installments. Contact the office for more info.

How can I submit a maintenance request?

Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your maintenance request ticket.

Can I choose my roommates?

We accept roommate requests. Contact the office staff for more details.

Is parking available for residents?

What is the pet policy?

For the comfort of all of our residents, pets are not allowed at The Icon.
